Running a promotion at your desired MTR stations has a high ROI. But to be granted the approval, the promoter must meet the safety requirements as set forth by MTR Corp. For example:

Use of foam board, vinyl as backdrop or deco material is strictly prohibited |

| 2) |
Backdrop should be double-sided if the back is open. No structure of the backdrop may be visbile to public
|
| |
|
| 3) |
The total fire load of all the matters that appear inside the booth area (furniture structure, deco and promotional materials, inventory, water or oil based liquids, personal belongings, etc) must be below a certain value that is constant regardless of booth size |

|
| 4) |
Sand bags are required to secure all items to prevent them from drifting or felling |
| |
|
| 5) |
Specific setup and dismantle times must be observed and conducted under the supervision of a CP on site |
| |
|
| 6) |
The settings inside the booth must be good looking, effective and simple enough to allow easy flow of traffic and escape in emergency cases |

|
| 7) |
For some stations, additional rules may apply |
